RETURN POLICY

We’re sorry to hear that our purchase did not work out for you.
We are happy to offer returns or exchanges on clothing and accessories within 30 days from the date of your purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any used items. All sale and clearance items are final.
If you have any questions or concerns about the fit or sizing, please refer to our sizing chart or contact us before placing your order. We're always happy to help you find the perfect fit.

All lifting equipment including but not limited to singlets, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, may be exchanged for different sizing but must be returned as new with no blemishes or defects for hygienic and health purposes. More specifically, items may be tried on for sizing but not for training if they are to be returned.

We are happy to provide returns and exchanges on other regular items, but at this time, we do not offer free return shipping labels. The cost of the prepaid return label is based on the weight of the package and the selected shipping method. All returns must be addressed to:

Please make sure to include the items with their original packaging, and tags attached. We cannot accept any returns/exchanges without these!

If you received product(s) you think are damaged, please email as soon as possible at ironhavenclo@gmail.com.
Please provide multiple photos of the damage and your order number. Damaged items must be reported to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any claims beyond the 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.

We process returns and exchanges as we receive them in our warehouse. Please keep in mind that returns and exchanges may take up to 7 business days to be processed.

Please keep in mind, any item(s) purchased during our Pre-Order/Black Friday Sale and any Marked down item(s) are final sale.

Exchanges can only be made for alternate sizes or damaged items— the new product must be the identical item and color.

The following may result in a denied refund/exchange:
- Signs of washing or excessive wrinkling
- Item(s) smelling of smoke, perfume, deodorant, etc
- Excessive animal/human hair, fuzz, lint, etc
- Signs of wear (makeup, stains, smell, etc.)
- Returned without original packaging/tags
- We do not allow returns/exchanges for tank tops, socks, boxer briefs due to hygienic reasons
